RECIPE

Tortillas
3-4 chicken fillets cubed
Steam chicken with salt, red chillies and tumeric. When done cool and shred. Cut up lettuce finely. Dice tomato and cucumber. Add to chicken. Mix in mayonnaise and salt and pepper. Fill tortillas. (I use ready made tortillas. )
Sorry no exact measurements.
Same filling can be used for toasted chicken mayo.
