2 chicken fillets (cubed)½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon ground green chillies½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder 1 onion (chopped)2 carrots (chopped)handful frozen sweetcornHandful frozen peas 1 teaspoon dried sweet basil1 teaspoon crushed garlic½ teaspoon ginger paste1.5liters water 1 packet knorr thick veg soup1 ½ cups noodles
Cook chicken in salt, pepper, green chillies, dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder till done. Then braise onion, carrots, sweetcorn and peas with sweet basil, garlic and ginger for few minutes.Add water and veg soup. Boil for 10 minutues.Then add noodles. Boil till aldente.Add cooked chicken and simmer for another 5 minutues. Check salt. And serve.
