1 kg chicken fillet (cut in strips) Marinade: 3 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Chicken spice 1 teaspoon bbq spice 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 3 tablespoon Nandos peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Marinate chicken strips in marinade ingredients for atleast an hour. Dip in Breadcrumbs. Place in Phillips airfryer, drizzle some oil over and set for 10 minutes on 180 degrees OR grease Pyrex dish with oil place crumbed strips and bake at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Serve with a dip of your choice.
