Ingredients 1 kg chicken1 tablespoon ginger and garlic 2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon salt½ tumeric powder 3 teaspoon chillie powder1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)1 teaspoon garam masala 2 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)4 whole Elachi (cardomom)2cinnamon sticks1 teaspoon hole jeeru (cumin) seeds½ teaspoon zaffron essence
1curryspoon fried onions½ cup maas3 tomatoes grated1 satchet tomato paste¼ cup fresh cream
1 curry spoon ghee (Clarified butter) 2 curry spoon oil
3 medium potatoes salted, coloured and fried4 boiled eggs
1. Mix all ingredients together besides oil and ghee (Clarified butter) and leave to marinate. 2. Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and oil in a pot and add marinted chicken, cook for 15 minutes.3. Add the potatoes and cook for further half hour or till the oil comes up.5. Garnish with dhania (coriander) and boiled eggs HAPPY COOKING AND BAKING 💜💜
