3 medium potatoes salted, coloured and fried
4 boiled eggs
1. Mix all ingredients together besides oil and ghee (Clarified butter) and leave to marinate.
2. Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and oil in a pot and add marinted chicken, cook for 15 minutes.
3. Add the potatoes and cook for further
half hour or till the oil comes up.
