My style for a Thai effect(Add prawn if Preferred)
You will need Chicken fillets and Shrimps)
METHODIn a large pot Add2 tablespoon butter1 finely sliced medium onionSaute the onionAdd 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)2 chicken fillets cubed small (the size of shrimp )Add rest of the spices below1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon dhana jeera mix1 teaspoon mixed vege spice1 teaspoon chicken spice (any)+- 1 teaspoon ground Green chillies½ teaspoon white chilli.powderHalf a cut up fresh red chilli½ packet any 2 minute noodle Broken up ( without the seasoning) or ½ cup fine vermecilli .(.spagetti can be used )Braise few minutesAdd +- 1 cup mixed steamed veges (eg carrots peas corn robot pepers)(Can use grated carrots if preferred )Braise AddMake a paste with 1 packet knorr white onion soup1 packet chicken soup (or just use extra any white soup)1 packet knorr white packet vege soupNow add the shrimp (¾ cup seasoned with 1 tablespoon Robertson's fish spice)BraiseAdd +- 6 cups of milk and water mixed(I go up to 9 cups liquid for the 3 packets of soup)Lastly add1 cup fresh cream (optional or Nestle Dessert Cream or use more milk)½ can coconut cream or coconut milkGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander) and shallot or chivesEnjoy
