½ kg cubed chicken fillet 1 onion cubed fine½ teaspoon lemon peppersalt to tastegreen masala to taste1 clove crushed garlic½ teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin) black pepper to taste 1 tub cream cheese ¼ cup peppadews Ground green chilliesSalt to taste Greens of choiceButter
Braise onion in ghee (Clarified butter) /oil till soft Add chicken and rest of the ingredients. cook until almost done. Add butter and braise chicken, then add peppadews. When completely cold add the cream cheese and greens of choice.
