For Rolls Use Arabic Dough:- Arabic dough recipe:- unknown 2 cups warm water5 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoon yeast2 cups flour¾ teaspoon salt2 tablespoon milk powder- secret ingredient that makes 'em so softMix together and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Then add:1⁄2 cup oil3 cups flour+ 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)Mix well and knead until combined then use as desired. I let it rest for another 30 minutes.
For Cinnabon Filling:- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted12 tablespoon dark brown sugar 3 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Vanilla Icing:-2 ½ cup icing sugar3-4 tablespoon milk2-3 teaspoon vanilla essence Take a dough. roll into a ball. Using clean kitchen scissors, cut 3-4 deep slits almost to the bottom of the roll Place in a greased muffin tin. Repeat with remaining rolls.
Combine melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Using brush for spread the cinnamon/sugar paste all over the rolls, making sure to get inside every slit. cover rolls. Allow to rise in a warm place until doubled. When rolls have risen, bake in a preheated oven on 180.C for 15-16 minutues.Brush vanilla icing over the warm rolls.For the Vanilla Icing:- Combine powdered sugar,milk and the vanilla.stir together until smooth and creamy.If it's too thick,add a little more milk.
