METHOD
125 g Butter½ teaspoon cinnamon powder½ cup cornflour 1 tablespoon sugar½ teaspoon baking powder1 ½ cup flour (or more )
Preheat Oven 180°
Mix butter & sugar.Add sifted flour, cornflour, cinnamon powder and baking powder.
Knead to make a dough. Make small walnuts size balls.Place on greaseproof paper. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until done.Remove from oven. Roll in a mixture of icing sugar and cinammon powder
