INGREDIENTS
½ cup lukewarm Water2&¼ teaspoon Yeast1 tablespoon Sugar
5 cups Flour1&½ cups lukewarm WaterSalt as needed2 tablespoon Butter
METHOD
Mix the water, yeast and sugar together, leave to sit till foamy. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.Clingwrap the dough and leave to rise for 20/30 minutes in a warm place.
Once risen, punch the dough down and divide the dough into 10 pieces.Roll each piece into a tight ball, leave to rest on a tray for 20 minutes.Work the ball between your hands until it's an oval shape.Make a slit on each roll, brush with water and sprinkle flour generously over.Bake until crisp.

Once the rolls are taken out of the oven do not cover until cooled so that it maintains it's crispiness.
