USE ANY FILLING OF YOUR CHOICE SUGGESTED FILLING IDEAS SEE BELOW
POTATO FILLINGFor Potato remove skin chop it in cubes boil it as for mash potatoes add lemon juice crushed while Jeeru (Cumin) chopped green chilli chopped green dhania (coriander).. Bit of chaat masala or Mayo adjust taste salt chilli etc Use slices of bread edges removed and lightly wet one side of bread place filling in centre bring edges of bread together to make an oblong shape Dip in beaten egg and bread crumbs Another Tip is to use chopped up carrot veg achar for tangy taste CHICKEN FILLING2 Chicken Corn Robot Peppers fillingCooked the above with 3 tablespoon Butter or ghee (Clarified butter)¼ sliced onion Few steamed small cubed robot peppers¼ cup drained whole kernel corn ½ teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste¼ teaspoon garlic paste½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)1 Full teaspoon Magic Peri Peri Masala Aminas Wet Masala Spice½ teaspoon Garum Masala½ teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) Powder Add Ground green chilli pasteAdd salt to taste Cook till done addLittle oregano 3 tablespoon Cheese powder sauce - optional) Adjust with sauces to give it a tangy tasteTake slices of bread cut out edges roll the slices thinPlace filling paste with lai(Flour paste) dip in beaten egg roll in bread crumbs.. Freeze at this stage When Required fry Enjoy with Chutney /Dips
