Yogurt dip:250ml Bulgarian yogurt,Ground garlic, salt and pepper (to taste),Chopped coriander.
Chops:1kg loin chops,1 teaspoon salt,1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin),1 teaspoon chilli powder,Pinch turmeric,Splash brown vinegar,1 teaspoon meat tenderizer,Dash tomato sauce,Dash mustard sauce,Dash monkey-gland sauce.
Flour,Egg beaten,dried mixed herbs + Breadcrumbs.
1. Cook chops until tender, then allow to cool. Dip in flour, then egg, then crumbs.
2. Fry in shallow oil on medium heat until golden and crisp on both sides.
3. Serve with yogurt dip.
