INGREDIENTS
1kg chops2 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon steak and chops spice1 teaspoon bbq spice2 teaspoon Coarse red chilliCrushed green chillies1 tablespoon soya sauce¼ cup olive oilHandful chopped green dhania (coriander)¼ cup brown vinegar1 teaspoon white pepperSalt to taste
METHOD
MethodMix all the above ingredients together. Marinate chops.Place in a pan or Pyrex. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven until done.Grill for a few minutes.Serve with salad.
P. S I served it with creamy broccoli.

Amendments by Sumi.
I used mixed portions of mutton.
I added some innapamans spices
Green onion, garlic and herb & rosemary & olive. I also added some left over dhai about 1/4 cup.
Before baking I sprinkled some crushed black pepper & sliced butter.
