2 kgs lamb chops
Marinade2 tablespoon Khans Port Masala 3 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 teaspoon zeal1 ½ teaspoon salt2 tablespoon piri oil1Tbls ginger garlic4Tbls lemon juice
Basting1 tablespoon port masala250g butter ¼ lemon juice
METHOD
Mix all ingredients toger and pur over chops mix well (12-24 hours)
Baste while braaing
