¼ cup vinegar ¼ cup lemon juice 1 tablespoon Tom puree1 teaspoon garlic1 tson salt 1tspn red Chilli powder 1 teaspoon Fresh grinded red Chilli It Must be sour and strong 100g pure salted butter
METHOD
Marinate chicken finish atleast 3-4 hours braai (bbq) or grill in oven or airfryer Use left over marinate to make a sauce with 100g of pure salted butter
