12 chops 1 teaspoon garlic ½ teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon green chillies ¾ teaspoon garam masala ½ teaspoon cayenne spice Sprinkle paprika Sprinkle black pepper 1 tablespoon crushed dhana 1 teaspoon jeera powder Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon haldi ½ teaspoon crushed red chilli 2 tablespoon double thick cream 2 tablespoon yogurt ½ lemon freshly squeezed Finely chopped dhania (coriander)
Assemble : Lettuces Carrots Pepper Red onion Lemon dhania (coriander)
marinade chops with all the ingredients , leave for atleast 3 hours . Place all the chops ( leave the remaining marinade in bowl ) in the pressure cook with very little water and let the chips soften ( 4 whistles ) if there is stil water in the cooker leave it open and cook on high until burns out .
Before serving place the cooked chops in a pan with some butter and the remaining marinade and cook for 5 to 10 minutes on medium heat .
Assemble : Place lettuce as the bottom. Some carrots , peppers and red onions squeeze a good amount of lemon on the salad , place chops over sprinkle some more lemon and some dhania (coriander) for garnish .
