6 long rolls , cut each into 3 pieces or use 1 french loaf .
Garlic Butter:100g butter 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 tablespoon parleys salt
white sauce :2 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon flour braise little 2 cups milk,add milk and whisk little at the time.make a paste with knorr thick veg soup/ chicken soup approx 2 tablespoon add that to the sauce 1 to 2 cups grated cheese mix till melted ½ cup fresh cream .
Melt all the garlic butter ingredients in a bowl . dunk each piece of the cut roll in the garlic butter and place in pyrex. if you have left over butter pour that over.
make the white sauce pour the sauce over the rolls, sprinkle parsley and cheese and bake until thicken serve immediately

Add more milk to sauce if its too thick .
