2 Mugs flour
Piece of butter (maybe 125gr)
1 Green chillie – ground or chopped finely
dhania (coriander) – Chopped finely
½ Cup Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon ground garlic
Place flour, butter, chillie, dhania (coriander), salt, baking powder and garlic in a bowl. Crumb mixture with finger’s.
Beat egg with the milk.
Mix together to make a soft dough.
Add more milk or flour if too wet or too dry
Can shape into Roti’s or smaller puri’s and deep fry or bake in oven and brush with melted garlic butter.
