INGREDIENTS
*10-12 Chicken wings (split into halves,* 3 tablespoons honey or more* 3 tablespoons soy sauce* 3 cloves garlic (minced)* 1 tablespoon brown vinegar* 1 tablespoon oil* ¼ teaspoon Lemon pepper spice* ½ teaspoon black pepper * ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)* ¼ cup chopped green onions (for garnish)* Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish..
METHOD
1. Preheat your oven to (200°C).2. In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, oil, lemon black pepper , black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until the wings are crispy and golden brown.6. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate.7. Drizzle any remaining sauce from the baking sheet over the wings and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds (optional).8. Serve with roasted potatoes & roasted vegetables & fragrant white rice.*Also great in your airfryer & on the dinner table it can be served warm 👍🇵🇸
INFO & TIPS
Also add 1/4 ground ginger or fresh ginger lastly before baking it in the oven!
If you like it hot add more red pepper flakes👌
