My style+-1 kg cut up chicken1 teaspoon salt40g butter or ghee (Clarified butter)+-1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder1 cut up fresh red chilli1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste½ teaspoon garlic paste210 g tomato (I used ½ can tomato and onion mix)1 cinnamon stick pinch of fine Elachi (cardomom)3 whole black pepper
I tossed the chicken pieces in a pan to let the colour change.Removed it.Then I marinated it with the above ingredients .For +- 10-15 minutesTransferred to pot and cooked it on stove on medium heat till chicken was done.(Add water only if necessary)Can serve with potato wedges , rotis or rolls and salads.
