3 chicken fillets cubed. Cook chicken with 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter), 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon dana, ¼ teaspoon hayder, 1 tomato liquidised, 2 tablespoon tomato sauce, 2 tablespoon chilli sauce, 2 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon red chillies.
Cook till done. Cut up cucumber, tomato & lettuce finely. Add to chicken.
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon taystee wheat
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
½ teaspoon salt
Warm milk as needed
Roll big thickish roti
Cut with round cutter, fry like puri. Puri must blow up.
