3 chicken fillets cubed. Cook chicken with :1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter), 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon dana, ¼ teaspoon hayder, 1 tomato liquidised, 2 tablespoon tomato sauce, 2 tablespoon chilli sauce, 2 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon red chillies. Cook till done. Cut up cucumber, tomato & lettuce finely. Add to chicken.
Pitas2 cups flour1 tablespoon taystee wheat1 egg 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)½ teaspoon saltWarm milk as neededRoll big thickish rotiCut with round cutter, fry like puri. Puri must blow up.
