Chinese Chicken Samosas

Heat oil in a pot.Add 2 teaspoon crushed garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add 4 onions, sliced and fry until soft and lightly golden.
Add 1 kg boiled, shredded chicken and mix well.
Season with:• 2 tablespoon soya sauce• 2 tablespoon chilli sauce• 2 tablespoon vinegar• 2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)• 1 chicken stock cube• 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes• 1 teaspoon red chilli powder• 2 teaspoon black pepper
Mix well, then add the veggies:• 2 carrots, julienned• 2 green peppers, julienned• 2 cups cabbage, shredded
Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes until just tender.Remove from heat and allow filling to cool completely.✨ Ready to fill and fold using samoosa pastry.
Once filled, freeze and fry as required. Serve with sweet Chilli sauce.
