
Spicy Moroccan Coffee

2-4 Elachi (cardomom) pods
2 cinnamon sticks
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon of ground cloves
⅛ teaspoon of black pepper optional
Coffee
Sugar
Milk/water to taste for 4-6 servings

METHOD
Place dry ingredients besides sugar in a saucepan and braise on a low heat just till aromas emit.
Add water and milk to taste. Bring to a boil.
strain into cups, sweeten to taste and serve immediately.
