in a bowl take::—2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt4 tablespoon sugar3 tablespoon milk powder 2 tablespoon yeast*mix well with a whisker 1 cup warm water*Once the water is warm add in the dry ingredients and whisk nicely to break the small lumps ...Leave to rise for 15 minutes.
Once risen add in::—
3 cups Flour(so yes in total it's 5 cups flour)1 teaspoon baking powder(it's optional, but I added)½ cup oil*mix well & Knead for about 5 minutes Oil your hands and knead dough & continue Grease the bowl with oil & put in the dough Cover and let it rise for 30 or 40 minutes till double in size. Punch down, roll them round or whatever shape you want. Apply oil on surface. Take a lemon size ball and flatten with your fingers place 1 tablespoon chicken filling and Seal the buns by flipping the sides over the filling and pinching them together. Then lay buns down, with the sealed side on the bottom on baking tray. brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds or poppy seeds Bake in a pre heated oven at 180°c till golden Once done, immediately brush with butter to give them a good shine. Chicken Filling::—
3 piece chicken fillets 1 ½ tablespoon Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon red chili powder ½ tablespoon Kashmiri chili Salt to taste 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 tablespoon Machachos hot spice @spice_girlsinc2 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 tablespoon prego / lemon and herb sauce 1 tablespoon garlic peri peri sauce 1 teaspoon dry herbs Chopped coriander Take 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add chopped chicken and ginger garlic paste. Mix well Now add chili powder,Kashmiri chili,salt,lemon pepper & Machachos spice. Mix well and cook until all water dry. Then add all sauces and dry herbs. Cook another 1-2 minutes and take off from stove. Lastly add chopped coriander and let it cool on room temperature. Filling is ready.
