Rinse a punnet of button mushrooms and dry thoroughly.
Mix ¾ cup of flour with 1 teaspoon of garlic salt ,
1 teaspoon lemon pepper & 1 teaspoon dried parsley.
When frying the mushrooms,heat oil in a frying pan,dip mushrooms in flour mixture,then in beaten egg and lastly in breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden brown on all sides and drain on Carlton paper.
