¾ teaspoon Garam masala 2 tablespoon Tomato puree 1 cup Fresh cream Finely chopped green danha
1. Marinate chicken in ginger garlic, dry spices, lemon juice and yoghurt (except Gharum masala) 2. Cook it in 3 tablespoon Of butter until almost done and natural water has evapourated. * or grill for 20 minutes on high . 3. Add the tomato puree, fresh cream, Gharum Masala and danha and simmer until done. Add a little water if it gets too thick . 4. Garnish with a little more green danha and serve with paratha.
