Lemony chicken fillets served on a bed of rice

4 chicken fillets washed and drained (I cut the under part of the fillet off)
Season with salt, Aromat (a South African Spice), lemon pepper & chicken spice Add 2-3 tablespoons lemon 🍋 juice
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to pot Cook on low till chicken is cooked. Must be saucy
Boil 1 cup of basmati rice 🍚
On a platter spoon rice over. Set chicken on rice.
Drain whole kernel corn and throw some over. Garnish with freshly chopped peppers and red onion (optional). Decor with micro herbs.
