4 chicken fillets cut into strips Marinate with:2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon chicken spice ½ teaspoon mixed herbs 1 teaspoon chilli flakes 1 teaspoon cumin powder 3 tablespoons lemon juice½ cup nandos lemon & herb sauce 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 teaspoon crushed garlic Cube 3 medium potatoes 1 small packet mixed vegetables Add everything to pot and cook on low. Must be saucy. Add water as necessary. Add ½ cup of cream and allow to sizzle. Serve with garlic naan or roti.
