INGREDIENTS
1 chicken 2 teaspoon garlic fresh2 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala½ teaspoon chillie powder1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) Lemon juice 1 tablespoon orange pepper spice salt or to taste2 tablespoon oil
Sauce 3 tablespoon tomato purée2 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon orange spice1 tablespoon mayonaise (pls read the notes)
METHOD
Marinate chicken in the above spices and cook until almost done
Method for SauceMix on stove together until butter melts. Pour over chicken and grill for +-5-10 minutes. Garnish with fresh dhana.

In my quest to healthier eating and loosing weight
I tweaked this recipe~~~~
I omitted the mayonnaise altogether and added plain yogurt,
I also omitted the butter and used less oil
As far as the taste goes, it’s much more tastier than with the yogurt that the mayonnaise and far less sugar as well…….……… enjoy 🌷
