1 chicken (cut into pieces)2 tablespoon coconut oil1 teaspoon ginger paste1 tablespoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon salt2-3 tablespoon lime juice1 teaspoon green chilli paste1 can coconut cream2 tablespoon soy sauce2 tablespoon thai basil (chopped)
Garnish:1 teaspoon sesame seeds2 red chillies (sliced)2 tablespoon oilFresh corianderLime wedges (optional)
Marinate and cook till done and sauce thickened.
Temper sesame seeds and chillies in oil. Pour over.
Garnish with coriander and lime wedges.
Serve with flat bread.
