2 Chicken cut, slit and pat dry
In a bowl mix together
1 cup greek yogurt Juice of 1 lemon1 heaped tablespoon ginger garlic green chilli paste ½ teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon black pepper2 teaspoon cumin powder2 teaspoon corriander powder 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 tablespoon kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) 1 tablespoon tandoori masala(optional)Handful fresh corriander2 tablespoon oil
Taste and adjust seasoning. Marinate chicken with the above mixture making sure you fill the slits.Leave marinated in the fridge for atleast 6 hours.Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking. Grill/bbq/pan fry basting with marinade and melted butter.Serve hot with naan/chips/chutney/salad
