1 chicken cut Marinate in: 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon fine dhania (coriander) 1 teaspoon fine jeeru (cumin) 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons tomato sauce 4 tablespoons ina paarmans chicken marinade
500g green beans slit 2 potatos cut in wedges 1 large onion roughly chopped
Marinate chicken in marinade ingredients. Heat little oil in pot and put on roughly chopped onions marinated chicken; potato wedges and green beans altogether. As it cooks bit mix so that flavours mix. Serve hot with roti.
