METHOD
In pan pour olive oil and add flour. Stir constantly for 2 minutes then add chicken cube with water, tomato paste, vinegar. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly then add the rest of ingredients. Cook for 5 minutesEnchiladas sauce is ready.
In pan heat oil.Add onions and green chilies Saute.Add chicken and cook till it changes colour. Add tomato paste, pepper, chilli, salt and oregano. Cook till chicken cooks completely and water dries up. ..Assembling :Spread sauce over tortillas. Place chickenAdd salad. Add cheese Wrap up tortillasPlace in a baking dish. Spread enchiladas sauce. Top with shredded cheeseSprinkle oregano on the top. Bake at 160C for 15 minutes or till you get desired colour for cheese
