Braise onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with the Caraway and fennel seed until unions are golden brownAdd spices and masalas and cook for 5minsAdd in chicken (cut washed and drained) and allow to cook on high heat 5minsAdd in your potatoes, tomato paste, grated Tomato and about 1/2 Cup waterAllow to cook on low to medium heat until done and potatoes are softGarnish with chopped fresh coriander
