½ kg chicken fillet
1 teaspoon crushed garlic / 4 fresh garlic cloves
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Juice of fresh lemon
2 tablespoon Greek yogurt
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoon oil
½ cup milk
¾ cup water
3 tablespoon yogurt
Mix dry ingredients
Pour liquids in dey ingredients and make a dough
Pat oil ontop and cover
After 15 minutes remove dough knead pat oil ontop and cover and rise for few hours .
Roll thin , using water and a tablespoon apply on roti and place on hot tawa .
Marinade chicken Place of sosati sticks or leave the cubes place on a griller and cook , bast marinade and oil while cooking . If you do not own a griller can in a frying pan .
Purple soured cabbage
Serve with tzakziki
Tomato salsa ( grated tomatoes , mint , salt and balsamic vinegar )
