INGREDIENTS
1 whole chicken1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste1 tablespoon crushed garlic1 tablespoon red chilli and garlic paste¼ cup lemon juice¼ cup tomato purée 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)/Jeera powderSaltPepper
METHOD
Marinate chicken in above ingredients.Heat butter in a pot.Cook chicken on high heat till done.
Sauce2 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon nandos hot sauce1 teaspoon mustard sauce1 teaspoon chicken licken soul fire sauceMix together and pour over chicken.
