1 & ½ large onion3 tablespoon oil2 tablespoon Garlic3 pieces chicken breast(cut into cubes) 1 tin chicken soup 1 tin mushroom soup500ml cows milkSalt and pepper to taste
METHOD
1. Braise onion and garlic in oil. 2. Add chicken pieces, salt, pepper and braise well. 3. Add chicken soup. 4. Add mushroom soup. 5. Add milk accordingly. 6. Add salt and pepper to taste. 7. Cook until it reaches boing point and ready to serve.

*serves 5.
add milk accordingly to how thick or runny you want it.
*can be served with toast or garlic rolls.
