3 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar 2 teaspoon yeast 2 tablespoon olive oil 1 ¼ cups Luke warm water
Garlic butter 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 100g butter Salt 1 teaspoon mixed herb
Add all the ingredients and make a soft dough , allow to rise for 30 minutes , on a floured surface knead dough . Roll out into a retangle 25cm to 30 cams long should be thick . Using a knife cut long 2 ½ cm strips . . Cut each strip into half . Now make a knot and place on a floured oven tray . Repeat until you done with all .
Melt the garlic butter mixture in the microwave until runny Dip each knot in the garlic butter place on tray , cover with foil allow to rise for 10 minutes and bake in a ( 180degrees ) preheated oven. 10minuted with the foil , remove foil and bake for another 10minutes on 160degrees.
When you remove from oven , brush more garlic butter on the hot knots and cover with plastic while hot , this will keep them soft .
