1 kg rump / fillet steak 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon green chilli masala 1 tablespoon gorimas pepper steak spice 1 tablespoon crushed dhana Salt to taste
Mushrooms : ( optional ) In a pan braise mushrooms with some salt and pepper .
4 to 5 potatoes peeled sliced and boiled . Jalapenos Grated cheese . Nandoes pepper sauce Blobs of plain yogurt .
Add oil and the garlic as well as the green chilies until you can smell it add the steak and all the spices , let steak cook until completely cooked add Water if nec and cook on low heat .
In the meantime cook the mushrooms and set aside .
To layer : In a pyrexs layer the steak at the bottom with all the marinade . Now add the blobs of yogurt , add blobs of pepper sauce , layer mushrooms ontop of steak pieces and layer jalapenos on steak pieces as well , top potatoes and sprinkle cheese over with some origanum bake until cheese melts and serve

if you do not have the pepper steak spice , use normal crushed pepper and dry crushed Fred chillies .
