INGREDIENTS
6eggs2/3 cup castor sugar½ cup flour2 tablespoons cocoa1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon vanilla essenceNutella ( to drizzle )2 x Cadbury slabs Half tin nestle creamFerreros 2 x Fresh creamAbout ¼ cup ground Hazel nuts
METHOD
Beat egg whites till very stiff, aad in castor sugar and beat till glossy. Add egg yolks and vanilla essence, sift in dry ingredients three times and fold into egg white mixture. Line two swiss roll trays with wax wrap or baking paper. Spread batter on and bake at 180 for 10-12 minutes. Then turn over onto a dish cloth or net and peel of wax wrap roll from the long side up and allow to cool. Make a ganache with Cadbury slabs and nestle cream, add in hazelnuts and mix till nicley combined. Beat fresh cream till stiff fold in about half bottle of Nutella and mix gently. Fill swissroll with chocolate cream, top with ganache, pipe flowers with leftover cream and decorate with ferreros and edible gold foil.
