250g stork to bake½ cup castor sugar1 ¼ cups maizena (corn flour)2 tablespoon cocoa powder+/- 1 cup flour3-4 small pkts Chocnuts chocolate2 slabs Dairymilk Chocolate1 cup Crushed hazelnuts
1. Beat baking margarine and sugar well, till light & fluffy.2. Add in cocoa & maizena (corn flour) and mix in.3. Bind in flour by hand - as needed- till soft dough forms.4. Place some dough in palm of hand, place a chocnut in the center & roll dough around it into even sized balls.5. Bake in preheated oven at 160degC for 10min.6. Allow to cool.7. Melt dairymilk chocolate.8. Dip balls in chocolate and roll in crushed hazelnuts.9. Leave to set.10. Store in airtight container.
