INGREDIENTS
250g butter 3/4c icing sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla1 Cup oil3/4c corn flour1/4c cocoa powder2 flake chocolates, crushed Flour as needed (about 2 cups)
ToppingMelted chocolate Crushed flake
METHOD
Cream together butter and sugarAdd in vanilla and oil - beat wellAdd in the corn flour and cocoa - mix wellLastly Add in the flake and enough flour to make a soft dough. Wrap dough in clingwrap and refrigerate for 30mins.
Preheat oven to 160Roll out dough about 1 1/2cm thick, make line with a fork over to dough to give the effect like flake has. Cut 6cm long and 2cm widePlace on baking trays and bake for 15 minutes
Once cooled, drizzle melted chocolate over and sprinkle with crushed flake
