Basic Biscuit Dough500g soft Butter or Margarine2 tablespoon oil1 Cup Icing sugar (or Castor Sugar) 1 Cup Mazina Mix well add Sifted Flour to make a very soft dough Then divide the dough into 4 Lots Add coconut and vanilla to one part Add crushed pecans and coconut Add crushed Almonds to dough add almond essenceAdd grated peppermint chocolate and peppermint essence Add crushed Elachi (cardomom) add or rose essence Make your patterns Cut shapes or grate doughBake at 180* for 18 to 20 minutesWhen cooled decorate With melted chocolates smarties sweets cherries kit kat burfi icing trx etc etc etc And Store in an airtight container Enjoy Add TIP useEither add vanilla essence or Almond essence or peppermint essence
