INGREDIENTS
250 grams butter1 cup sugar2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)1 teaspoon baking powder1 egg2 teaspoon vanilla2 cups desiccated coconut Flour as required
METHOD
Beat butter and sugar until pale and creamy.Add the egg and vanilla and beat well.Next add in cornflour and beat well .Then add in baking powder and mix. Add in the coconut and mix well.Next add in flour as required to make a soft but firm dough.Roll, and then use a fork to make a scratched effect on the top. Cut out shapes and bake at 180° until slightly golden. Let it cool and Enjoy!
