250 g Butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 3 cups coconut 3 teaspoon baking powder 2 ½ to 3 cups flour
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add vanilla, baking powder and flour. Lastly add coconut. Roll out about cm thickness and use a fork to texture the dough before cutting shapes. Bake at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
