Prepare shortbread using basic biscuit recipe. Make small balls. Press lightly with thumb. Bake.
Or Roll dough and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake
½ cup castor sugar
1 tin condensed milk
50 ml golden syrup
Boil till thick stirring constantly .
Place drops of toffee on top of biscuits.
Melt chocolate drizzle over or put dollop over.
Line pan with cooking spray and wax paper.
Press little dough in cake pan and bake. Prepare toffee and spread over.
Melt chocolate and spread out. Cut into thin fingers
