1. Cream butter and castor sugar until white.2. Add oil and semolina and beat in.3. Add enough flour, as needed, to form a soft dough. 4. Roll into even sized balls and press down with a fork in center.5. Place on a greased baking sheet.6. Bake in preheated oven at 160 deg Cup until lightly golden brown.7. Allow to cool slightly.8. Dip in castor sugar, store in airtight container.
