INGREDIENTS
Bounty Biscuits

Ingredients:125g stork to bake marg/ or butter (room temp)½ cup castor sugar2 large eggs¼ cup cocoa powder+/- 2 cups flour (as needed)
Filling-3 cups desiccated coconut1 tin condensed milk
Topping-2-3 slabs dark/milk chocolateWhite choc (drizzle over)
METHOD
1. Beat butter and sugar till creamy.2. Add eggs and beat in.3. Add cocoa and beat in.4. Add in flour as needed to make a soft dough.5. Grease a standard size cookie tray.6. Press dough evenly into tray.7. Bake in preheated oven at 160 degC for 15-20min.8. Mix coconut and condensed milk.9. Spread with the back of a spoon onto chocolate biscuit base.10. Melt chocolate and pour over. 11. Allow chocolate to dry a little, then drizzle over white chocolate. 12. Place in fridge to set.13. Cut into even size squares.14. Lift with spatula. 15. Store in airtight container.
