Cream butter and icing sugar until white and creamy.Add oil beat again for 5 minutes on medium high speed.Add maziena, rose essence, Elachi (cardomom) and ground almonds. Mix well. Sift flour and baking powder. Add to the creamed mixture and mix until incorporated.Add more flour if needed to form a soft dough.Roll on floured bench/ surface.Cut into desired shapes/sizesDecorate with burfee glaze or melted milky bar and chocolate. Burfee glaze½ cup icing sugar½ cup klim milk powder1-2 drops rose and Elachi (cardomom) essence2 tablespoon milk Mix everything together. Spread over the top of each biscuit. Decorate with dried rose petals or colored almonds.
