Rose Cardamon Burfee Biscuits

1 cup icing sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup maziena
Few drops rose essence
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder / few drops Elachi (cardomom) essence
1 teaspoon ground almonds
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flour + more to make a soft dough dough
Cream butter and icing sugar until white and creamy.
Add oil beat again for 5 minutes on medium high speed.
Add maziena, rose essence, Elachi (cardomom) and ground almonds. Mix well.
Sift flour and baking powder. Add to the creamed mixture and mix until incorporated.
Add more flour if needed to form a soft dough.
Roll on floured bench/ surface.
Cut into desired shapes/sizes
Decorate with burfee glaze or melted milky bar and chocolate.
½ cup icing sugar
½ cup klim milk powder
1-2 drops rose and Elachi (cardomom) essence
2 tablespoon milk
Mix everything together. Spread over the top of each biscuit. Decorate with dried rose petals or colored almonds.
