INGREDIENTS
125g butter
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon golden syrup
Flour, enough to form a soft dough (about 1 ½- 2 cups)
Brown sugar for rolling
METHOD
1. Cream the butter and sugar
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients
3. Roll teaspoonfuls of the dough into balls and dip in brown sugar.
4. Place on a lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
