INGREDIENTS
125gr butter½ cup icing sugar½ teaspoon vanilla essence½ cup oil¼ cup chopped pecan nuts/ almonds½ teaspoon baking powder½ cup maizena (corn flour) (corn flour) 1 ¾ cup flourMilky bar chocolate Coconut
METHOD
*Beat butter and sugar well.*Beat in oil and vanilla.*Add all dry ingredients and nuts.*Make a soft dough.*Roll into small round balls.*Bake @180°C for about 15 minutes.*Allow to cool.*Dip in melted chocolate and roll in coconut.
